We have a team of 12 who have been using Wrike for a month, and its had a huge impact on how we work and manage projects efficiently. We are using the enterprise edition which enables you to link project to do's together in a linear fashion. I love the way you can put projects on hold or just drag them around the gantt chart to make room for other projects as priorities dictate. Its a really neat feature, and the deal clincher over the competition.

Task dependences will a great thing to take a look into, but i still think that project management tools should be moving slowly away from the heavy email integration. I think http://www.comindwork.com looks very promissing.
