Celine,

My low-tech equipment for my worklife will be the following:

- Formatted To-Do note index cards with different "context" symbols. Made by Stiernholm Consulting.
- A pen that is small and easy to carry, e.g. Pico pen or Fisher Space pen.
- A depositor organizer that could store the to-do note index cards, e.g. my old Filofax.
- Field notes memo book that I carry with me all the time in a briefcase.

All the above stuff could be stored in the Filoxfax as a mind depositor / hipster pda. I will go back to these hands-on tools due to the fact that I want to have a backup system, if the mobile phone or other electronic gadget stop working for some reason. At my home office I will use e.g. GTDinbox, Gtdagenda, GoalEnforcer, Gmail calendar, tickler and reference files and an inbasket. I have plans to get an iPhone sometime in the future and and start to use Evernote.

For more on my productivity journey, please read my post, Evolution of EGO workspace.

I'm a great lover of the post-it note. I have a little raised area below my computer monitor and I stick the "key must-do's" for the day or week there so they are right in my eye-line. There is even color-coding involved!
