		<description>I like the notion of the individual being the new group. It reminds me of Clay Shirky&#039;s book &lt;i&gt;Here Comes Everybody&lt;/i&gt; which focuses on how people are self organizing everywhere thanks to social technologies.  I think the next challenge is to motivate, inspire and lead people to self-organize in manners that are aligned with a corporation&#039;s objectives. You don&#039;t want self-organizing just for the sake of it, do you?</description>
