There are several fetaures not mentioned above and I strongly urge potential customers to view the videos they have on their website. We are not affiliated with TrackVia in any way, but I feel it is necessary to give praise where it is due. TrackVia's customer service is outstanding! They are also very deligent at listening to their customer's wants and needs and helping update their services to better fit our needs in a timely manner. An example of this is the updated User Interface that will roll out on June 21, 2010. By accident I deleted an entire database on their system. In less than one hour they called be back and had the database back on line. I know this sounds like I am their PR director, but I have no relationship with them, other than being a very satisfied customer. We have been using Trackvia for well over a year.
