Two of LeveragePoint's core values are Transparency and Learning. We are trying to code these into our work using a wiki (a Semantic MediaWiki to be precise) where we ask everyone to share their priorities at the beginning of each week and to include what they are doing around learning as one of these priorities. Side note: I think the whole notion of portal and role portal problematic and a temporary abberation. What we need are shared workspaces.
