Hi Richard (who commented above)

My name is Bret Clement and I help Automation Anywhere with PR. I brought your comment to their attention - they don't have your name in their database. Nor do we have record of anyone asking for $6,000 refund. Please email pr@automationanywhere.com with more details - we would love to get more details about your situation and help you resolve it.

Sorry your experience has been this way. It's quite unusual.

Grossly disappointed. My company spent nearly $6000 on multiple licences of this product only to find it didn't do what was promised on the box. Repeatedly stalled on different machines, report generator skipped the sending of reports to various email addresses at random - and worse, didn't notify as to which ones were skipped, resulting in us having to do a manual check of every single run to ensure none was left out. Effectively, beating the entire purpose of having this software in the first place.

The support staff in the call center while friendly seemed to have trouble understanding us and the problem and lying about not being based in India is not a good sign of an honest company.

We're going to complain and try and get a refund!

Amazing product. Great Service. Never thought business process automation was so simple. The visualize board takes the cake. Can view the whole process in screenshots.
