		<description>Matthew, i would think rather than simply giving people the tools to collaborate, we need to address their WIIFM ... what do people get by collaborating? This seems rhetorical, but usually isnt. Unless we do this, adoption tends to be very low, and then, its a chicken-and-egg situation ... no value till people start collaborating, and people dont start collaborating till they see value.</description>
