We have been using this product for just under two years, having migrated to it from an old in-house Lotus Notes server. The product just keeps getting better and better. And to have 10gb of secure storage, for $1.00/month is amazing. When we started using it, the price was $1.00/month for a 1gb mail file, and an extra $1.00/month for each additional gb. So this 10gb for a buck is a major price reduction. (Not that I considered it expensive before.) Support is great, administration is simple, and it just plain works!

We've used a few different providers for our e-mail, including free Google Apps e-mail services. We recently made the switch to Rackspace e-mail - we'll never look back. The ease of setup, and use coupled with the two most important things - SUPERIOR SUPPORT, and ROCK-SOLID PERFORMANCE - will keep us customers for life. Thanks, Rackspace!
