Great post - and thanks for including QuoteActions in it. I wholeheartedly agree with the mindset of using Social Networking for building relationships rather than sales. The Referral Institute uses the VCP model which stands for: Visibility, Credibility &amp; Profitability. Social Media is a great tool to build the first two and once you do it leads to the third one.</description>
