Marc,

Thanks for your reply. Is the site only for the North American market? I am involved in start-up company that want to establish a presence in the United States of America. I am interested to learn more about your services and want you should think about at the start of a new business in USA.

Martin,

You could say MeasuredUp is a bit Yelpish in that it empowers users.

However, unlike Yelp Measuredup focuses on Customer Service and empowers companies and consumers to solve problems though a ticketing system and with custom tools.

You can learn about them here: http://www.measuredup.com/Social-Media-and-Reputation-Management

MeasuredUp is meant to be more of a solutions platform rather then just a rant board.

Thanks for your question.

Thanks for posting this information. Very useful and informative. We've been using MeasuredUp for about a year now and absolutely love it. The staff, features, tools and policies have really been thought out and done to the best of their ability in my opinion. I like the fact that they allow companies/businesses to respond to complaints or compliments and that issues can be grouped together. Another really nifty feature is that they allow video uploads (haven't seen that too much on other business review sites we've used).

Anyhow, thanks for posting this. Glad to see others advocating for MeasuredUp. Thought any readers here who haven't used or seen the site yet might want to take a peak at our review page to get an idea of MeasuredUp can do for consumers and/or businesses.

Sounds like an apt example of the core theme in Clay Shirky's here Comes Everybody... and it support and rewards constructive complaints and company problem solving. I will certainly check it out
