I was pleased to be at the 2012 KM World. It is impressive that this was the 16^th annual session. I presented at the first three in California. I think that knowledge management continues to have a great run because it is a good idea. I remain convinced that KM needs to be aligned with business processes to be successful. How we have the tools to make this alignment even tighter. Knowledge managers are well positioned to lead their organizations into the social business world.
