We have introduced confluence as our <a href="http://support.interelectronix.com" title="toch screen support site" rel="nofollow">. It is really amazing how easy we created the content and how benefitial it is for us and our customers. I can recomment adaptavist theme builder to customize it. themebuilder is free. no charges no nothing. thumbs up.

I have been using JIRA and Confluence for 2+ years. I like both of them and they are now widely used within the company, across departments.

It looks like more SNS elements were added in 3.0 release. I have downloaded the 3.0.0_01 and will go ahead and upgrade our team wiki as well as my personal wiki;-)

Thanks for the great article!
