I find that though gmail is said to be the most widely used mail, surprisingly, i cannot select the recipients from my address book randomly when i want to send a mail.

i mean, in the compose mail page, there is no provision for opening up your contacts and select the recipients.

for your info, i have the gmail beta version. please suggest if i need to upgrade to newer versions of gmail and if so, how can that be done???

matter urgent

How do I get my hands on the email addict add-on application?! ;) Joking aside, I think I will start implementing Timothy Ferris's tip in 4 hour work week book and checking email only twice a day in the future...
